The SEC 230-2, with a 3 inch (76 mm) depth of cut, and the SEC 280-2, with a 4 inch (102 mm) depth of cut are ideally suited for:
Beef or pork: cutting chucks, shoulders, ribs, forequarters, hindquarters, chine bones, briskets and loins.
Double insulated, 2.4 hp electric motor for ultimate performance.
Mechanical brake for 3 second blade stop.
Switch is protected against moisture and dirt for sustained trouble-free operation.
Lightweight and flexible – allows operators to work with meat that is hanging, or on the table.
